What counts as a valid lead
A service you offer, in an area you cover, and a customer you can reach by phone or email. If both contact routes fail, or the lead is a duplicate, raise a dispute in two clicks and genuine cases are re-credited.

A lead is one credit, priced for your trade: £6 for cleaning, £9 for removals, £10 for surveying and £20 for architecture, conveyancing and mortgage work. Credits come in packs from 10 credits, so the smallest pack is £60 to £200 depending on your trade, with up to 25% off on bigger packs. Who can join?
Qualified, accredited firms in any of the services we cover: surveying, conveyancing, mortgage advice, removals, architecture and cleaning. Every partner is verified before a single lead is delivered.
What does a lead cost?
A lead is one credit, and your credit price is set by your trade: £6 for cleaning, £9 for removals, £10 for surveying, £20 for architecture, conveyancing and mortgage work. Credits are sold in packs from 10 credits (£60 to £200 depending on trade) up to 500, with the price per credit falling by up to 25% on the biggest packs. Each pack is a one-off purchase, credits are valid for three months, and you only spend them on enquiries actually delivered to you.
What if a lead has wrong contact details?
If both the phone number and the email address turn out to be wrong, flag it from your dashboard and we'll review it and re-credit genuine cases. If either one reaches the customer, it's a real enquiry - some homeowners deliberately give just one contact route, so try both before disputing.
Does buying a lead guarantee a job?
No. A lead is a homeowner's genuine request for quotes, sent to the shortlist of four to six firms they chose. You are buying the introduction and the chance to quote; winning the work depends on your quote, how quickly you make contact and the fit. We do not guarantee lead volume, exclusivity or conversion, and credits are refunded only for leads that cannot be contacted or are duplicates.
Am I tied into anything?
No subscription and no long-term commitment. You accept the partner terms when you join, which cover verification, credits and how leads work, but there is no monthly minimum: the smallest pack is a one-off purchase of 10 credits, and you buy again only when you choose. Pause deliveries whenever you like and restart when you're ready for more work.
